Meet Paul Theisen

Paul is a passionate coach, family man, and group fitness instructor.

He leads with positive intent, and fails, falling forward.

He is here to serve and share kindness to others.

My WHY:

To inspire others to be more self-confident, mentally and physically in their lives.

“I don’t have the time to think about this. Life is too busy.”

“Mindset is soft, and weak thinking.”

“Toughen up. Life is hard, get used to it.”

I have said all these statements at one time in my life. I told myself that being positive, optimistic, or happy was setting me up for failure or worse, to be let down.

I remember times when I felt insecure or not confident in who I was; those were ugly days. Days where I played the victim card. I put others down in order to make myself feel better; in the end, I felt like crap!

But now, after discovering my “Why”, after reading Carol Dweck’s book - Mindset, and listening to the evidence-based studies on a growth mindset, I was hooked!

My confidence has never been higher. I now know how I want to show up - positive, open-minded, opportunistic, and kind. I also no longer fear what others think or say… that is their issue. I can have empathy for them, but I no longer let them dictate how I show up. With positive intent, humility, a learning mindset, and a willingness to fail - falling forward.

• How's your confidence level?

• Do you listen to your own feedback and self-talk?

What if your answer to both questions was positive?
Imagine how that would feel, and what you would do.
